Hi friends: today is the 9th of our posts in The Spectacular Summer Blog Hop. As part of the Spectacular series, 11 fabulous women are sharing their awesome summer ideas for you to enjoy with your family this summer. We are posting every Monday and Thursday, June, July, and August. I know you are going to love all the unique ideas, crafts and recipes. You will want to check out each post all summer long.
Today on the Blog we are featuring Leslie who had baked this fabulous corn bread. It is a Bolivian recipe called Huminta. It has a mix if spices of cinnamon and anise seeds. I like you have a lot of 4th of July potlucks and I am going to give this recipe a try. I always bring the same dish and I am so glad I have a new twist on a family favorite.
The Huminta looks delicious and the baking instructions are easy to follow. A quick mix and it is in the oven when you are ready for any party. Most Important: Click Here to head over to From Play Dates to Parties, to make your first Bolivian Corn Cake.
