Libby's Classic Pumpkin Pie Grandma's Easy Recipe: Homemade pumpkin pie is a classic holiday dessert that brings back memories of family Thanksgiving. Using canned pumpkin puree, you can cut down the time while still adding your own healthy ingredients.

This Classic Libby's Pumpkin pie recipe has been made year after year by my Grandma, my daughter's Grandma (my mom), and my grandaughter's Grandma (me)—Thanksgiving memories to last a life time from one generation to the next.

– 1 Bottom Pie Crust – 1 Can (15 oz) Libby Pure Pumpkin – 3/4 cups white sugar – 1 tsp ground Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp ground ginger – 1/4 tsp ground cloves – 2 large Eggs – 1 can Evaporate Milk (12 oz) – Whipping Cream for topping.

Each pumpkin pie needs one bottom crust. Filling is poured into an unbaked crust.

Mix all filling ingredients and place on a backing sheet.

1. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes 2. Reduce the temperature to 350° and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. 3. Test the center of the pie with a  toothpick. 4. Let cool. 5. Top with whipping cream
