- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 3/4 Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup regular Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Dark or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip
Instructions
- Cream together in a stand mixer or hand mixer the butter, sugars, eggs and the vanilla.
- Mix together and mix with a whisk all the dry ingredients
- Add the dry ingredients and the creamed ingredients together
- Add the Chocolate Chip and mix
- Spoon or use a cookie scoop, the batter on a greased cookie sheet.
- Heat oven to 350°, Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully that they do not get too brown.
