Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 3/4 Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup regular Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Dark or Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip

Instructions

  1. Cream together in a stand mixer or hand mixer the butter, sugars, eggs and the vanilla.
  2. Mix together and mix with a whisk all the dry ingredients
  3. Add the dry ingredients and the creamed ingredients together
  4. Add the Chocolate Chip and mix
  5. Spoon or use a cookie scoop, the batter on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Heat oven to 350°, Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully that they do not get too brown.
