- 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
- 1 tablespoon Basil (or your favorite seasoning blend)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 425° F for about 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl mix, add the olive oil, basil, garlic powder salt, and pepper. (or seasoning blend).
- Rinse off the chicken breasts and toss in the olive oil seasonings.
- Layer parchment paper in the air fryer basket, and lightly coat with spray cooking spray.
- Add the chicken breast or chicken pieces in a single layer.
- Air Fry for 15 minutes at 425°F. After 15 minutes turn over and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F.
