- 1 pound of ground beef – ButcherBox®
- 1 package of French’s Chili seasoning
- 2 cans of dark red kidney beans (drained)
- 3 cans of petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 green pepper diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- optional water if too thick after it simmers.
Instructions
- In a large Dutch oven or Large Cast Iron Skillet brown 1 pound of ButcherBox® ground beef.
- When the meat is almost cooked add the chopped onion, chopped green peppers, and chopped garlic and saute.
- Next, stir in the French’s chili packet, 3 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 cans of dark red kidney beans (drained) chili powder, and cumin. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Serve with corn bread or chips.
