- 1 box of Funfetti Cake Mix or Vanilla Cake Mix
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 8 oz of Cool Whip, regular or low fat
- 1/2 to 1/3 cup of milk (depending on the consistency you like)
- 1/2 cup of Sprinkles if using a white cake mix.
- Extra Sprinkles for the top if using the Funfetti cake mix.
Instructions
- Bring the cream cheese to room temperature, and if you freeze your Cool Whip have it softened in the refrigerator.
- Mix together in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer the cream cheese and Cool Whip, until smooth.
- Add the milk and the cake mix alternately, when it gets too thick to mix, hand mix with a spatula.
- If using a white cake mix, add sprinkles.
- When well-mixed place in a decorative bowl and top with extra sprinkles.
Notes
- Serve this dip on a charcuterie board with all the dippers.
- Have extra sprinkles in a small bowl so guest can add more if wanted (you can never have enough sprinkles)
