  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 3 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 containers of Chobani Zero Sugar Black Cherry Greek Yogurt
  • 1/c cup of Fairlife Fat-Free Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Andrew Lessman Vanilla Secure Complete Meal Replacement)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (option 1/4 teaspoon almond extract)
  • 2 tablespoons of Monk Fruit Sweetener (or regular sugar)

Instructions

  1. Mix your base: In a small bowl, combine 2 containers of Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup Fairlife Milk, 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract), and 2 tablespoons of Monk Fruit Sweetener. Stir well to combine.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into an empty Ninja Creami pint container. Fill up to the max fill line. Place the storage lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Prepare the pint: Let the pint sit out for 10 to 15 minutes. Run the outside of the pint under warm water. Select the Ice Cream setting.
  4. Spin: Once frozen, remove the lid. Place the pint into the outer bowl. Attach the Creamerizer Paddle to the outer bowl lid. Lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl.
  5. Process: Select the Ice Cream setting. Let the machine complete the first spin. Check the texture. If needed, re-spin once to get that perfect creamy texture.

Notes

  • You can use regular sugar instead of monk fruit sweetener. Start with 2 to 3 tablespoons and adjust to taste.
