- 1 package of Edamame
- 1 can of Black Beans
- 1 can of Garbanzo beans
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 bunch of Green Onion
- 6 stocks of Celery
- Grape Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 heads of Ice Berg lettuce or Romaine Lettuce
- Optional Quoina, Chicken Breast or hard-boiled Eggs
Instructions
- Keep in mind that you can use any veggies you like, mix and match, and use any veggies that you have in the fridge. Each time I make this recipe it is different than the last and we love the convenience of a salad in a jar in the fridge when we do not want to prepare a meal.
