- 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast strips from ButcherBox (or boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips)
- 1 package of store-bought fajita seasoning
- 1 bag of frozen chopped onion (or one medium onion chopped into strips)
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
- 1 Yellow pepper
- Lime juice from 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of water (or chicken broth)
Instructions
- If you are using skinless chicken breasts cut them into thin strips. If you are using the Butcherbox chicken tenders have them thawed.
- Slice the Green and Yellow pepper into medium slices.
- Spray the bottom of the inner pot with spray oil
- Add the Chicken to the inner pot
- Next, add to the instant pot with the chicken the package of fajita seasoning onion, peppers, juice of 2 limes, olive oil, and water.
- Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes cooking time with a 10-minute natural release.
- When the natural release is done stir and serve.
