- 4 to 6 ears of fresh corn
- 1 cup of water
- A good dash of salt (to keep the foam down)
Instructions
- Husk your corn and remove all the little corn hairs.
- Place a rack at the bottom of the Instant Pot to keep corn off the bottom.
- Put 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Place the corn on the top of the rack.
- Secure the lid.
- Set the valve to seal.
- Set the Instant Pot to Pressure for 4 minutes. (6 minutes if you want it more well done)
- When the timer is done, fast-release the pressure.
- Use metal tongs to take the corn out of the pot.
Notes
Your Instant Pot should have come with the rack but if not you can get a new rack here.
