There are so many ways to make fresh corn but a quick 4 minutes in your Instant Pot and you will have a delicious summer side dish for any family dinner. 

  • Total Time: 14 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 to 6 ears of fresh corn
  • 1 cup of water
  • A good dash of salt (to keep the foam down)

Instructions

  1. Husk your corn and remove all the little corn hairs.
  2. Place a rack at the bottom of the Instant Pot to keep corn off the bottom.
  3. Put 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  4. Place the corn on the top of the rack.
  5. Secure the lid.
  6. Set the valve to seal.
  7. Set the Instant Pot to Pressure for 4 minutes. (6 minutes if you want it more well done)
  8. When the timer is done, fast-release the pressure.
  9. Use metal tongs to take the corn out of the pot.

Notes

Your Instant Pot should have come with the rack but if not you can get a new rack here.
