- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium Red Cabbage, sliced and cored
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 Apple, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup of Water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar after the cooking is complete
Instructions
- Add the olive oil and the water to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Layer onto the sliced red cabbage, onion, and apple.
- Toss together
- Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes with a 10-minute natural release.
- After the 10-minute release, open the Instant Pot and add the apple cider vinegar, and mix.
- Serve hot or cold.
Notes
- reduce the 10-minute release if you like your cabbage less cooked.
