Ninja Creami Protein Chocolate Ice Cream

As one of my all-time favorite healthy Ninja Creami recipes, it delivers the creamy texture and rich taste of traditional ice cream without any guilt. You can have a sweet treat so irresistible that you’d never guess it’s a healthy ice cream recipe designed with your wellness in mind.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 3 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 3/4 cup of Water
  • 1/2 cup of Fairlife Chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup Fat-Free Vanilla Fairlife Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder ( HSN: Andrew Lessman Vanilla Secure Complete Meal Replacement)
  • 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon Zanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender, or a bowl with a whisk combine the water, Fairlife milk, monk fruit, protein powder, and Zanthan Gum. Blend until smooth. This is your ice cream base.
  2. Pour & Freeze: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Pop it in the freezer on a flat surface for 24 hours until fully frozen.
  3. Prep the Pint Before Spinning: Let the pint sit on the counter for 15 minutes. Then, run warm water over the sides of the pint.
  4. Spin It: Once frozen, place the Ninja Creami container into your Ninja Creami machine. Hit the ice cream button for that creamy texture. If it’s powdery after the first spin, add a splash of Fairlife milk and perform a second spin for the best results.
  5. Add Mix-Ins (Optional): Use the mix-in button to toss in extras like mini chocolate chips.
