- 1 tablespoon softened Cream Cheese
- 1 can of lite unsweetened coconut Milk in the can
- 1/3 cup of sugar or monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon of coconut flavoring
Instructions
- Prep the Base: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and microwave for 5 seconds to soften it.
- Prepare the Perfect Base: In the medium bowl with the cream cheese, add one can of unsweetened coconut milk with 1/3 cup of sugar or monk fruit (non sugar natural sweetener) and coconut flavoring. Mix together well.
- Freeze the Base: Pour the base into an empty Ninja Creami Pint container. Secure the storage lid and freeze the pint for 24 hours.
- Prepare to Process: After freezing for 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes to slightly soften. Run the side of the pint container under warm water to loosen any ice crystals from the side.
- Assemble the Machine: Place the pint into the outer bowl. Install the Creamerizer™ Paddle onto the outer bowl lid and secure the lid assembly. Place the bowl assembly onto the motor base and twist the handle right to lock it in place.
- Select the Setting: Turn on the Ninja Creami and select the Lite Ice Cream setting. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the Texture (if needed): If the ice cream is crumbly, return it to the machine and select the Re-Mix function. This step ensures a perfectly creamy texture.
- Add Mix-Ins (Optional): For added fun, create a 1 ½-inch-wide hole in the center of the pint using a spoon. Add your choice of mix-ins (e.g., chocolate chips, shredded coconut) and select the Mix-In program.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the pint and serve immediately. Top with fresh fruit, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an extra treat.
