Ninja Creami Mint Chocolate Chip

Creamy, high-protein mint chocolate chip ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. Low-carb, easy, and perfect for a refreshing, guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar or Monk Fruit
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup of Skim or 0% Fairlife milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for Mix-in
  • Optional Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Mix the base:
    In a medium bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, mint extract, and water until smooth. Stir in the milk and protein powder. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps. Add food coloring if desired.
  2. Freeze the base:
    Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. Spin it in the Creami:
    After freezing, place the container in your Ninja Creami and select the “Lite Ice Cream” function. If it’s powdery, hit Re-Spin. You may need to do this 2 times.
  4. Add the chocolate chips:
    Once you have a creamy texture, create a small hole in the center of the ice cream and pour in the mini chocolate chips. Use the Mix-In setting to combine.
  5. Enjoy or store:
    Eat immediately or refreeze with the lid on. Re-spin as needed for best texture.
