- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened slightly
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red pepper (for decoration)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives (for decoration)
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded white cheddar and garlic powder.
- Mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two portions, one slightly larger than the other.
- Shape each portion into a ball, forming a snowman body and head.
- Stack the smaller ball on top of the larger one.
- Insert a wooden skewer or chopstick vertically through the center to stabilize.
- Freeze for 1 hour to firm and prevent shrinking.
- Remove from freezer and decorate with red pepper and chives.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
