- 2 large bags of frozen Hash Browns, thawed
- 2 16 oz Sour Cream
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 stick of Butter Melted
- Onion Flakes to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 small packages of mild Cheddar Cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mixture into two casserole dishes.
- Top with some of the shredded cheese
- Bake for 60 minutes
Notes
- The original recipe from my friend Max bakes at 350° for 45 minutes, however, I have found it takes 60 minutes when you are making two. You can half this for one pan. I use this whole recipe when we have a large crowd.
