- 1 Bottom Pie Crust
- 1 Can (15 oz) Libby Pure Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling mix).
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 large Eggs at room temperature
- 1 can Evaporate Milk (12 oz)
- Whipping Cream for topping.
Instructions
- Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, salt ginger, and cloves.
- Add in 2 beaten eggs
- Next, stir in the pumpkin and the evaporated milk and mix well.
- Pour into the unbaked pie shell crust
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes
- Then reduce the temperature to 350° and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Test the center of the pie with a knife or toothpick.
- Let cool.
- Top with whipping cream
