- 1 1/2 cups of Pineapple Juice
- 1 can of Crushed Pineapple in natural juice (no sugar added)
- 1/2 of a cup of Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Before you begin make sure that yourĀ Cuisinart ice cream maker Freezer Bowl has been in the freezer for at least 24 hours
- In aĀ NutriBullet or other blender puree the crushed Pineapple and the Pineapple juice until smooth.
- Mix in the Coconut Milk
- Pour this mixture into aĀ Cuisinart ice cream maker Freezer Bowl and place the bowl on to the Ice Cream maker.
- Turn the unit and check in 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes you can take the sorbet out of the bowl and put in a freezer safe container and put in the freezer.
Notes
- When you are ready to serve you will need to set on the counter for 10 to 15 min or put in the microwave for 20 seconds at a time.Ā If left in the freezer it gets really hard but softens nicely.
