- Spray Oil
- 1 loaf of Sourdough Bread (cubed)
- 8 Eggs
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 & 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 TLB Vanilla
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Pinch of Salt
Serve with Real Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Spray a 13×9 Glass Baking Pan with spray oil.
- Cut the bread into cubes and layer in the pan.
- Mix together the 8 eggs, milk, cinnamon, heavy cream, vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- For the Topping, Mix together all the ingredients, but butter in and with a fork mix until crumbly.
- Place the topping in a plastic bag and refrigerate so it is ready in the morning.
- Take the casserole out in the morning and layer the topping on top.
- Preheat your oven to 350℉
- Bake the casserole for 45 minutes until golden brown and no longer wet in the middle.
- Serve with Real Maple Syrup on top.
