Easy Overnight French Toast Breakfast Casserole

A quick & easy prepare the night before breakfast casserole. Rich, fluffy and full of a classic french toast taste.

Ingredients

  • Spray Oil
  • 1 loaf of Sourdough Bread (cubed)
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 & 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 TLB Vanilla

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Pinch of Salt

Serve with Real Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Spray a 13×9 Glass Baking Pan with spray oil.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and layer in the pan.
  3. Mix together the 8 eggs, milk, cinnamon, heavy cream, vanilla in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. For the Topping, Mix together all the ingredients, but butter in and with a fork mix until crumbly.
  7. Place the topping in a plastic bag and refrigerate so it is ready in the morning.
  8. Take the casserole out in the morning and layer the topping on top.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350℉
  10. Bake the casserole for 45 minutes until golden brown and no longer wet in the middle.
  11. Serve with Real Maple Syrup on top.
