- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 4 sweet pickles relish (or fresh chopped dill pickles)
- 3 olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of corn relish
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion flakes or onion powder (or fresh chopped red onion)
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Open 2 cans of tuna and drain off the water (if you have tuna in oil that works too, just drain off the oil)
- Put the tuna in a medium bowl and break up with a fork
- Add the pickle relish, the chopped olives, the corn relish, and onion powder.
- Next, in a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and the plain yogurt.
- Add the mayonnaise/yogurt to the tuna, mix, and salt and pepper to taste.
- If you want to make a sandwich, you can use plain bread or toast. Add some lettuce to your sandwich to add some more veggies.
