- 4 Baking Potatoes
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Place the Instant Pot rackĀ in the pot.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Wash and poke with a fork the potatoes.
- Set the potatoes on top of the rack
- Set the lid on and set the top knob to sealing.
- Press the pressure option and set it for 18 minutes.
- When the 18 minutes has counted down to 0, do a quick release
- Remove and Enjoy
Notes
- Serve with classic butter & sour cream
- Our family also likes cottage cheese on our baked potatoes.
- Other add like bacon or cheddar cheese also tastes great.
