Nutritional Benefits of Baked Potatoes
A baked potato has 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, a good source of vitamin C, and potassium when you eat the skin. Baked potatoes are fat-free and cholesterol free. Potatoes are high in carbohydrates so we only eat them when they just are the best side dish for dinner we are having. We love baked potatoes when we have a stake or baked chicken.

I have yet to get one of these contraptions but think it is about time. I love a good baked potato.
So quick and delicious, I love baked potatoes fix this way!
Yum! Looks delicious! I love potatoes! Thanks
Okay… I have to try this. Couple questions… do you have to poke the potatoes with a fork before putting them in to cook? (Normally, they can burst in the oven if you don’t.) Also, can you stack more than 4 potatoes in the pot, if they fit below the fill line? Thanks for posting this easy IP recipe!
Yes, I poke them with a fork. I am sure you can stack as long as it is below the line. I will give it a try. Let me know if you get this.
