How To Make Edible Easter Grass
Quick & Easy edible Easter grass is the perfect accent for your Easter table. Â Just water, food coloring, and sweetened coconut. Using this edible grass you can have any dessert nestled in an edible Easter basket theme.

Ingredients

- 1 bag of sweetened coconut flakes
- green food coloring
- a small amount of water
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl start by adding 6 to 8 drops of green food coloring. Add to the food coloring, 1 tsp of water. Â
- Now add your coconut (I started with 1/2 a bag) and mix well and lightly with a fork.  Add more water and food coloring to get the color you desire. (be careful with the water as you will want the coconut to dry before you use it)
- I would recommend air drying overnight as mine was moister than I wanted for my photographs.
