Ninja Creami Low Sugar Peach Frozen Yogurt Recipe

This Ninja Creami ice cream recipe is perfect if you love peaches and frozen yogurt. You will be enjoying a sweet treat with simple ingredients and no preservatives right at home. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit or frozen fruit, FairLife milk, and a little bit of natural sweetness, this recipe transforms everyday ingredients into a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Frozen Peaches
  • 2 containers of Peach Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of Failife Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Munk Fruit or Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Xanthan gum (for thickening and stabilizing)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the 2 containers of Chobani Peach Zero-Sugar Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup of Fairlife fat-free milk, 1/8 teaspoon of Zanthan gum, and  1/4 cup of Monk Fruit Sweetener (can use any sugar substitute or regular sugar).
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together to a smooth texture. 
  3. Add the 1 cup of fresh or frozen peaches to the mixture.
  4. Pour the base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place the storage lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  5. When ready for your dessert, set the frozen pint on the counter for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, run the sides under warm water. 
  6. Place the pint in the outer bowl, install the Creamerizer™ Paddle onto the outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place the bowl assembly on the motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock it in place.
  7. Turn on the Ninja Creami and select the Light Ice Cream setting.
  8. If the frozen yogurt is not as creamy as you would like, put it back in the machine and respin. Also, you can add a tablespoon of milk to get the consistency you like.
