Ninja Ceami Protein Strawberry Ice Cream with Fairlife Milk in a decorative serving cup with cut up fresh strawberries on top, on a white counter with a spoon in front and in the background the pint of ice cream.

Ninja Ceami Protein Strawberry Ice Cream with Fairlife Milk

This Ninja Creami strawberry protein ice cream is the treat I make when I want something sweet that still works with my day. Fairlife milk and protein powder turn simple strawberries into a creamy, high protein pint you will want to make again and again.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 3 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Fair Life 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit no-calorie sweetener (can use any sugar)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Secure Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender or a bowl with a whisk, combine the Fairlife 2% milk, fresh strawberries, monk fruit, and protein powder. Blend until smooth. This is your ice cream base.
  2. Pour & Freeze: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Pop it in the freezer on a flat surface for 24 hours until fully frozen.
  3. Prep the Pint Before Spinning: Let the pint sit out on the counter for 15 minutes. Then run warm water over the side of the pint.
  4. Spin It: Once frozen, place the Ninja Creami container into your Ninja Creami machine. Hit the lite ice cream button for that creamy texture. If it’s powdery after the first spin, add a splash of Fairlife milk and run a second spin for the best results.
  5. Add Mix-Ins (Optional): Use the mix-in button to toss in extras like crushed graham crackers for a strawberry cheesecake protein ice cream vibe or more frozen fruit for texture.

Notes

1. Nutrition information is for one half pint serving and will vary based on your protein powder.
2. Freeze the pint on a flat surface for the most even texture.
3. Store leftovers in the freezer and let sit a few minutes before scooping again.

4. For Ninja Creami Deluxe, use 1 1/2 cups milk, 3/4 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup sweetener, and 1 1/2 scoops protein powder.
