Vegetable fresh from our garden make this salsa tasteĀ like summer when all the tomatoes are in full ripeness. All the ingredients are also found in your local farm market or store.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup dices Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup diced Onion
  • 1/3 cup fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 small diced JalapeƱo Pepper
  • 2 TLB Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 TLB Fresh Chive chopped
  • 1 Avocado large dice
  • 2 TLB Olive Oil or to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop and dice all of the ingredients, lightly mix.
  2. Serve with chips.
