Classic Egg Salad Sandwich mini finger food tea sandwich. Smooth creamy with a hint of fresh dill.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup of light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon of dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh dill for garnish
  • white or whole wheat bread cut into shapes

Instructions
