Artichoke Dip Hot & Cheesy

Artichoke Dip is Hot & Cheese and a favorite for any party or family gathering.


Units Scale
  • 2 cans of 14 oz Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 TLB dried Basil
  • 1 TLB dried Oregano
  • 2/3 cup to 1 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder


  1. Drain & rinse the Artichoke Hearts. You can buy whole or parts, I buy whichever is the lowest price.
  2. Roughly chop the Artichoke Hearts and put in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spray oil an 8×8 glass baking pan and put your mixture in the baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot bubbly.
  6. Serve with crackers, right away.
