- 1 round brie
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Open the package of brie cheese and remove the paper wrapping.
- Remove the top white layer of the outer coating or rind off the cheese with a sharp knife.
- Place the cheese in a round baking bowl or a cast iron skillet.Â
- Top the cheese with chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries, and drizzle with the honey to cover the top.Â
- Bake 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is hot and slightly melting.Â
- Serve with crackers
Notes
- You do not have to remove the top layer of the white rind of the cheese all of the rind and inner cheese are editable.Â
- I would not remove the side or the bottom rind as the cheese will lose its structure.Â
