Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Open the package of brie cheese and remove the paper wrapping.
  3. Remove the top white layer of the outer coating or rind off the cheese with a sharp knife.
  4. Place the cheese in a round baking bowl or a cast iron skillet.
  5. Top the cheese with chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries, and drizzle with the honey to cover the top.
  6. Bake 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is hot and slightly melting.
  7. Serve with crackers

Notes

  1. You do not have to remove the top layer of the white rind of the cheese all of the rind and inner cheese are editable.
  2. I would not remove the side or the bottom rind as the cheese will lose its structure.
