Ingredients

- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 –1/2 tablespoons of butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
- 2 – 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1/3 cup of dry milk
- 1 – 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon dry bread machine yeast
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients in the inner pan of the bread machine in the order listed. Set the bread machine to the dough cycle and start.
- After the cycle is done and you hear the beep, remove the dough and place it on a floured surface.
- Shape the dough into a circle
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel and allow rise for 1 hour.
- After it has doubled in size shape into a circle or an oblong loaf.
- Preheat the oven to 425° (I preheat my pizza stone in the oven and transfer the loaf with a pizza peel to the stone)
- Place your loaf on a baking stone or baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 190°.
