Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can of vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 jar of salsa, drained
  • 1 cup of prepared guacamoli
  • 1 container of sour cream 16 oz
  • 1 taco seasoning packet 1 oz
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • 2 seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced black or green olives
  • 3 green onion sliced
  • 1 big bag of chips

Instructions

  1. First gather all of the ingredients chop the tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Grate your cheese, you can use packaged grated cheese but when I am having a dip for guests I do not like the corn starch specks on my cheese. I think it is best to grate your own. (I have found the perfect kitchen gadget to grate cheese the Kitchen HQ Speed Grater and Slice. You will love this it works so well and is simple to use)
  2. Next, take the vegetarian refried beans out of the can and mix and smash with a fork.
  3. Now start layering, on a round serving dish or a casserole dish.
  4. layer #1 spread the refried beans into a smooth layer.
  5. Layer #2 is the salsa drained and in a smooth layer. (place the salsa in a strainer and let out the extra juice this will make the salsa not run once it is layered.
  6. Layer #3 mix the sour cream with a package of taco seasoning spread on top of the salsa.
  7. Layer #4 is the guacamole.
  8. Layer #5 the shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Layer #6 drained diced Roma tomatoes.
  10. Layer #7 sliced black olives & sliced green onions.
  11. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
