- 1 Jar of sliced Jalapenos (can use fresh for 1 cup)
- 1 (8oz) of room temperature cream cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (176°C)
- In a large bowl mix the cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer.
- Add the sour cream, plain greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, and garlic and mix well.
- Using a spoon or spatula mix in the drained jar of Jalapenos and the shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a 9×9 square or oval dish sprayed with spray oil, spread the cream cheese mixture in the pan. Top with the bread crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° F (176°C) for 25 minutes, serve warm.Â
