- 1 scoop Clean Simple Eats Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener or sugar
- Water or milk to the max fill line
Instructions
- Add your ingredients to the pint. Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of Fat Free Fairlife milk into your Ninja Creami pint container. Add one scoop of Clean Simple Eats Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder and one tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener. Pro tip: Add the protein powder before the milk and give it a quick stir to help it dissolve more easily.
- Fill to the max line. Add water until the liquid reaches the max fill line on your pint container. Give everything a good stir to make sure the protein powder is fully mixed in. Pro tip: A small whisk works better than a spoon for getting the powder fully incorporated.
- Freeze the pint. Place the lid on the pint and set it in your freezer on a level surface for a minimum of 24 hours. I always freeze mine overnight. Pro tip: Make sure your freezer is set to 0 degrees Fahrenheit for the best results.
- Process in the Ninja Creami. When you are ready to enjoy your ice cream, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit on the counter for about 5 minutes. Place it in the outer bowl, lock it into the Ninja Creami, and select the Lite Ice Cream function. Pro tip: Letting the pint sit at room temperature for a few minutes before spinning helps protect your machine motor.
- Check the texture and re-spin if needed. Once the cycle is complete, check your ice cream. If it looks crumbly or powdery, simply press the Re-spin button for a second cycle. You will end up with perfectly smooth, creamy ice cream every time.
- Serve and enjoy. Scoop your chocolate peanut butter protein ice cream into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups are absolutely perfect here.
