Raspberry Sherbet Party Punch

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages of Frozen Raspberries
  • 3 cups Orange Juice
  • 1 can of Frozen Lemonade (thawed somewhat do not add water)
  • 3 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 2 quarts Ginger Ale (I just the liter bottles)
  • 1 quart Raspberry Sherbet
  • Ice Ring if desired

Instructions

Two days before I serve the punch

  1. I put a Jell-o mold with water and frozen raspberries in the freezer to harden.

On the day of the party right before guests arrive

  1. Put the frozen raspberries, no need to defrost the orange juice, frozen lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice in your punch bowl.
  2. Next, scoop the sherbet with an ice cream scoop into the punch bowl.
  3. Next, pour the ginger ale over the mixture and the sherbert and watch the bubbles start.
  4. Last take your ice ring out of its mold and gently under the bubbles place in the punch bowl.
  5. Serve right away.

Notes

  • This recipe is for a large punch bowl. If you have a smaller one like my holly bowl make half.
  • I have also used Cranberry Ginger Ale, and you can use regular or diet.
