Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packages of Frozen Raspberries
- 3 cups Orange Juice
- 1 can of Frozen Lemonade (thawed somewhat do not add water)
- 3 cups Pineapple Juice
- 2 quarts Ginger Ale (I just the liter bottles)
- 1 quart Raspberry Sherbet
- Ice Ring if desired
Instructions
Two days before I serve the punch
- I put a Jell-o mold with water and frozen raspberries in the freezer to harden.
On the day of the party right before guests arrive
- Put the frozen raspberries, no need to defrost the orange juice, frozen lemonade concentrate, pineapple juice in your punch bowl.
- Next, scoop the sherbet with an ice cream scoop into the punch bowl.
- Next, pour the ginger ale over the mixture and the sherbert and watch the bubbles start.
- Last take your ice ring out of its mold and gently under the bubbles place in the punch bowl.
- Serve right away.
Notes
- This recipe is for a large punch bowl. If you have a smaller one like my holly bowl make half.
- I have also used Cranberry Ginger Ale, and you can use regular or diet.
