A Family Tradition from Our Daughter’s Favorite Stuffing

My daughter Katie started making this recipe after our Disney World trip about 25 years ago. Katie loved to cook and she started making this recipe as a side dish for our Thanksgiving dinner.

Every year, we would visit Liberty Square to go to the Hall of Presidents. At that time we have the Food and Fun Plan and would book a lunch at the Magic Kindon’s Liberty Tree Tavern. It was so tempting to get as the main course the Thanksgiving dinner on the mene which came with this wounderul cornbread stuffing.

Katie found this recipe and did a wonderful job bringing the flavors of Disney home for our holiday meal. Now that she is on her own, I ask her every year to bring this recipe when she comes home for Thanksgiving (and also some Christmas dinners).
