Variation of Pistachio Protein Ice Cream
Looking to switch things up or add your own twist to this creamy treat? Here are some easy and delicious ways to customize your Pistachio Protein Ice Cream and make it your own:
- Add a splash of almond extract; it enhances the nutty flavor and gives the ice cream a deeper, more complex taste.
- Drizzle in a little sugar-free maple syrup; it adds a warm, subtle sweetness and pairs beautifully with the pistachio flavor.
- Use coconut milk for a dairy-free, tropical twist; it gives the ice cream a rich, velvety texture and a hint of coconut flavor.
- Swap almond milk for Fairlife milk; it increases protein content and creates an even creamier base with a smooth finish.
- Stir in chopped pistachios after spinning; it adds texture, crunch, and an extra boost of that signature pistachio goodness.
- Add mini dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs for a chocolatey contrast that pairs perfectly with the nutty base.
