Christmas Table Place Cards
At Christmas, I love to use place cards on my table. Having each guest’s name set at a place at the Christmas table makes each person feel special. No guessing where the hostess wants you to sit. And no worries that you should or should not sit at the head of the table.
Plan out your guest list and then print off a place card on card stock. Cut the card out and print or write each family member and guest’s name on the card. Fold in half to stand at the head of each plate.
Take your time to choose who you want to sit at the head of the table, a grandmother or grandfather, a special out-of-town guest, or the traditional head of the house. I always sit at the end of the table closest to the kitchen so I can get up and down without bothering others and having my card placed makes sure I have easy access for serving the food.
