Preparing the Dough:

The first step to making your delicious vegetable grilled pizza is to prepare the dough. You can either make your own dough or buy pre-made dough from your local grocery store. In this recipe, I used a premade fresh pizza dough that we get at our local grocery store. I take it out of the fridge in the early afternoon so that it gets to room temperature.

Preparing the Vegetables:

Now it’s time to sauté the vegetables. Choose your favorite vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. Sautéing the vegetables before adding them to the pizza will give them a more robust flavor. Heat up a pan with some olive oil and cook the veggies until they’re tender.
