Making hard-boiled eggs in the Electric Pressure Cooker could not be easier. As with all recipes for the electric pressure cooker, you load it up, turn the dial and you are hands-free.
Place a stainless steel vegetable steamer in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Add 1/2 cup of water. Place the eggs in the steamer.
Secure the lid and set the timer for 8 minutes. This will give you a nice fluffy hard boiled egg.
