Ninja Creami Peach Frozen Yogurt Low Sugar

This Ninja Creami ice cream recipe is perfect if you love peaches and frozen yogurt. You will be enjoying a sweet treat with simple ingredients and no preservatives right at home. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit or frozen fruit, FairLife milk, and a little bit of natural sweetness, this recipe transforms everyday ingredients into a delicious dessert.

Nothing says summer like the rich, sun-kissed taste of fresh peaches when summer turns to peach season.  And if you can get your peaches locally from a local farm, they are even fresher.

Why Creating Delicious Food With Your Family Matters:

What I love most is knowing I’m feeding my family something made with whole, real ingredients—nothing artificial, just pure goodness. It’s also such a fun way to get the kids involved in the kitchen. From shopping for the fruit to watching the Ninja Creami machine spin it into frozen yogurt, your family will have so much fun—and you will feel good knowing we’re creating healthy food together at home.

Making homemade ice cream with the kids is one of my personal favorites—especially when I know it’s packed with whole ingredients and free of refined sugar. The creamy texture is just as satisfying as anything you’d buy in a store, and the best part is you can use either fresh or frozen fruit, depending on what you have on hand.

I love using monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar for a naturally sweet twist, and you can choose fat free milk or whole milk depending on how rich and creamy you want your final dessert to be.

Why You Will Love This Peach Frozen Yogurt Recipe:

If you own a Ninja Creami machine, you already know it’s the most popular frozen treat maker for a reason. It takes the guesswork out of homemade ice cream and delivers a consistent, creamy peach flavor every single time. Whether you’re using the Ninja Creami ice cream maker once a week or spinning up a new flavor every day, the end result is better than most store-bought options.

This recipe is:

  • A super easy recipe using simple ingredients
  • Naturally sweetened with monk fruit sweetener
  • Packed with peach flavor from fresh or frozen peaches
  • Perfect for those who prefer a lighter, healthier dessert

Plus, the Greek yogurt adds a natural boost of protein, making it more than just a treat—it’s a satisfying and refreshing option that works as a post-workout snack or a healthy indulgence.

Why Peach Frozen Yogurt Will Be Your Next Favorite Summer Recipe:

You know that feeling when summer hits and peaches are everywhere? Big, juicy ones you can’t resist. That’s when I start dreaming about something cold and peachy. This peach cobbler frozen yogurt totally hits the spot and puts a fun, modern spin on a classic flavor.

Unlike traditional ice cream, which can be heavy with cream and sugar, this frozen yogurt gives you that same indulgent feeling with fewer calories. The peach flavor really shines and pairs beautifully with the tang of Greek yogurt, which also gives it a nice little protein boost—no powders needed!

Perfect for hot summer days, this yogurt recipe comes together easily and chills overnight in a pint container. The next day, pop it into your Ninja Creami, hit the lite ice cream button, and enjoy the creamiest peach treat you’ve ever made at home.

In the winter you can have the same fresh delicious peach flavor using frozen peaches like I did in my first pint of peach frozen yogurt.

Tips and Tricks for the Creamiest Peach Frozen Yogurt:

Getting the perfect creamy texture from your Ninja Creami ice cream machine takes a few insider tips:

  • Use a small bowl to mix your base thoroughly before pouring it into the pint container—this helps avoid pockets of unmixed ingredients.
  • Store the recipe in the Ninja Creami pint with the lid securely and let it freeze for at least 24 hours for best results.
  • Always freeze your mixture on a level surface to avoid uneven textures.
  • If your frozen yogurt is too crumbly after the first spin, don’t worry—just hit the re-spin button to smooth it out.
  • For your frozen yogurt not to be smooth enough, add a tablespoon of milk after the first spin and re-spin once more.
  • The best part? You can tweak the base to your liking—more sweetness, more tartness, or even blend in chunks of frozen peach for texture.
