You also will feel better as you control the ingredients that your family is eating.  I know our families are busy but we do not want to always resort to fast-food drive-through when time is short. A quick & easy chicken marsala without all the fuss


Units Scale
  • 6 Chicken breast, boneless and skinless fresh or frozen
  • 3 cup of mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup of Marsala Wine
  • 1/4 tsp dry Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 envelope of Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 package of Egg Noodles cooked per the package (or cooked rice)


  1. Put all of the ingredients in the pressure cooker (except the egg noodles) and lock the lid, put the valve on seal
  2. Set the timer to 15Β minutes
  3. Let the cooker release the steam naturally about 10 minutes
  4. Serve over Cooked Egg noodles


  • Hint: For a Keto Diet, serve over Zucchini Noodles, spaghetti squash or a lettuce wrap.

    1. I would make the noodles on the stove. The pressure cooker gets too hot. I believe over 280 degrees
