How to Make Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mixture into two casserole dishes.
  4. Top with some of the shredded cheese
  5. Bake for 60 minutes

I take this dish to any party I am invited to when the hostess says I don’t have to bring a dish.Β  It is a favorite, and the dish always comes home empty. When I go to a potluck, I make the cheesy hash brown potato bake in a disposable pan, which makes clean-up a flash. Ingredients

  • 2 large bags of frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 2 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

Notes

  • The original recipe from my friend Max bakes at 350Β° for 45 minutes, however, I have found it takes 60 minutes when you are making two. You can half this for one pan. I use this whole recipe when we have a large crowd.
